Refund Policy

Returns:
A full refund is available providing the item has been returned in new condition within 14 days of delivery confirmed by US Postal Service tracking which must be emailed to questions@ultimaterockpix.com. The buyer pays return shipping cost with tracking on refunds. Customers with suspicious or unreasonable returns will be blocked from future purchases.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or Paypal account.

Late refunds:
If you are approved for a refund and you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund please contact us at questions@ultimaterockpix.com.

Exchanges:
Upon the rare occurrence of the item being damaged in transit Ultimate Rock Pix will exchange for the exact same item once the item is returned. Exchanges must be approved by us via email before being accepted. Pictures of the damaged item(s) are required. Buyer pays the return shipping with tracking as Ultimate Rock Pix will again pay shipping for the outgoing exchange. Customers with a suspicious purchase and/or return history will not be honored with the exchange policy and will be blocked from future purchases.
